How To Get There:
From Bangkok
Bangkok Airways has 12 flights daily to Koh Samui. The one hour flight is easily arranged at the Bangkok Domestic Airport or by a travel agent in Bangkok should you want to spend some time exploring this vibrant city.
Spend the night in Koh Samui and buy a ticket at one of the many travel agencies in Samui to take the speedboat or High-speed catamaran the next morning to Koh Tao.
For those on a budget:
From Bangkok by bus or train to Chumphon and take ferry to Koh Tao. If you let us know your arrival schedule in advance, you will be welcomed by our staff at the pier.

Utopia Suites HotelThirty meters from the beach and directly across from our apartments we opened the UTOPIA SUITES HOTEL and “OUT OF THE BLUE” restaurant in Dec 2005 and cater to every budget. Room rates from 600 Baht to 1,200 Baht. The ground floor restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving both Western and Thai cuisine.

Our beachfront luxury apartments are conveniently located 200 meters south of Mae Head pier, where all boats to Koh Tao arrive. For most of your needs a taxi or moped rental will not be necessary. Apartments start from 2,000 Baht per night (4 day advance booking internet rates) with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room areas, 50 Channel satellite TV, kitchenette with microwave, electric coffee and tea kettle and fridge with mini-bar and hot water. (Air-conditioned units 2,400 Baht p/night).Ground floor apartments are equipped with sliding doors leading directly onto the beach with a magnificent view of the bay.
Our 2nd floor apartments are have sliding doors leading onto a balcony and feature conveniences you will find in your own home including air-conditioning, 50 channel satellite TV and DVD/CD/MP3 player with a surround sound system. A spacious 3rd floor furnished veranda overlooking the picturesque harbor is ideal for private relaxation or entertaining friends.

Koh Tao can be easily explored: Rent a moped for 150 Baht a day. This will get you to most of the beaches. Take a taxi and leave the bike home at night, we have seen to many tourists with nasty bruises and cuts after drinking and riding.
 
Hiking can be an enjoyable experience. Pick the right times of the day and make sure you have plenty of fluids on hand.
Thai cooking classes are offered by local Thai cuisine experts.
There is a full gym on the island for fitness buffs. A relaxing and invigorating Thai massage is something not to be missed. People interested in Thai Boxing will find boxing matches several times a week on the island.

Rent a snorkel from the UTOPIA SUITES office. You'll be surprised at the variety of fish only steps away. The boat wreck near Sensi Paradise is a great spot to start out, but most beaches offer great snorkeling. Deep-Sea fishing is a favorite and
affordable sport but make sure you pack enough sunscreen. You're almost guaranteed to catch something and afterwards enjoy some fresh fish on a BBQ. The crew will be happy to filet the fish for you for a few Baht or a few fish in return.
Nightlife is plentiful: Take your pick. Many beachside disco's, relaxing jazz bars, sports bars are all open to an array of international visitors. Make some new friends! If your style does not quite suit the disco scene, cozy smaller bars with pool tables and a diverse international clientele are spread throughout the island.
Shops of all varieties are plentiful. Don't be afraid to bargain.
